We believe and are committed to the notion that at-risk youth can learn to live in their community crime free and can be productive and successful members of society. The Right Path program provides services to high-risk youth and their families. It is part of our philosophy that we include the parents as part of the team involved in the treatment and further development of their youth and young adults. This strategy gives the entire family a sense of ownership and dedication to the success of the program and ultimately the success of their family members. Our program provides work experience and involvement with community activities. Problem solving and obligation to self, family and community are some of the key components that make our program successful. Participants in our program are required, through individual and group counseling to address the consequences of their behavior and in many cases to make reparations with the people who have been adversely affected by their behavior. This may include the victims of the crime. The Right Path staff is committed unconditionally to providing the necessary services, programs and support needed to allow a successful transition of at- risk youth back into the mainstream of our communities. The Right Path program is individualized, flexible, outcome-based and promotes self-sufficiency.
