When it is not possible for a child to remain in the home with their biological family, foster families open their homes and their hearts on an interim basis until the child can be reunited with their families. Our parents provide foster children with the highest level of safety and support. Our experienced staff provides clinical and innovative training, assistance and resources to foster parents on an ongoing basis.

Wings of Refuge Foster Family Services is a comprehensive program that provides extensive services to the children, the biological families and the foster families in our program. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment that enables children to become emotionally secure productive adults.

During the children's teenage years we provide counseling, mentorship and training to the families. The children placed in our care receive the support structure necessary to grow up to be productive, well-adjusted, educated and economically independent members of society.
